  • Don’t be nervous. We'll start with a free and warm, 15 minute phone or video consultation to determine what symptoms you’re experiencing lately and what your goals would be. The phonecall should help to determine if we are a good fit for the therapeutic relationship. If not, I promise to share community resources, names of healers and green spaces within the state of Wisconsin who may support you in your healing journey. It takes a village!

  • Pricing is private pay and due at time of session. Pricing reflects consideration for our time, industry rates in the state of Wisconsin as well as my investment in continued education and cost of clinical supervision. I use the Jane App which is a HIPPA-compliant Telehealth and electronic health record platform.

    Check-In Session, 30 minutes

    $125 [Reserved for acute symptoms and established clients ].

    Standard Telehealth Session

    45 minute psychotherapy, $115

    Extended Telehealth Session

    90 minute psychotherapy and initial intake , $200

  • I welcome adult clients who value getting to the root of their troubles, who place importance on relations to self and others and believe mental health is a worthwhile investment. I specialize in Grief/ Loss, Trauma Spectrum, Bipolar Spectrum, Life Transitions. I am comfortable and experienced in working with the individuals in the LGBTQIA community, those living with disabilities as well as a variety of racial and cultural groups who have experienced systemic discrimination and oppression. I identify with Medical Trauma Survivors, Members of Al-Anon, Expatriates/Corporate Relocation, Adventurers.
